About me
I’m a native Michigander and travel enthusiast. I have traveled extensively throughout the USA since my early childhood and also traveled internationally. This, along with my drive to better myself, opened the door for me to grow as a traveler and holistically.
My domestic travels were only the beginning — somehow, some way, I would make my dreams of becoming a global citizen come to fruition.
In 2017, I purchased my first adult passport because of a surprise trip to Greece. Little did I know it would kick off my yearning for more international travel. The timing of this, paired with a sabbatical from corporate America, allowed me to travel to 19 countries while deepening my focus on holistic healing. This time helped cement travel and wellness as the cornerstones of my life.
Not only that, I had the opportunity to live in Thailand, which helped deepen my wellness and healing practice daily.
While in Thailand, I focused on how integrated the mind, body, and soul are — which propelled radical healing for me. This gave me the opportunity to combat my struggles with anxiety and depression. I shifted my focus to the food I eat, my mental healing, and grounding techniques. During my journey abroad, I became certified in Reiki and Thai Massage.
